Vispak, in cooperation with Bingo’s customers and partners and the Chefs Association of BiH, implements activities aimed at promoting Bosnian dishes and establishing the Bosnian Cuisine Institute. A joint project “My Childhood Secret” was presented in the Bingo Vogošća department store, which was implemented by Vispak Company in cooperation with customers and partners – the local Bingo Company and the Chefs Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Namely, over the course of three months, people of Bosnia and Herzegovina voted through social networks for a Bosnian meal reminiscent of their childhood, and gave little priority to the Bosnian Pot.
“For many years, Vispak Company has been focusing its activities on preserving the tradition of Bosnia and Herzegovina. During the month of December, we will delight our customers with the preparation of the Bosnian Pot in Tuzla, Sarajevo, Zenica, Maglaj and Travnik. To make a step forward, this time we are working together with customers and partners to create added value for Bosnia and Herzegovina. With the purchase of Tajna blend for the preparation of Bosnian dishes, we allocate funds for the establishment of the first Bosnian Cuisine Institute in BiH. With this we will take a step forward in the segment of protection and promotion of Bosnian dishes and branding of Bosnian cuisine” – Zerina Čolaković said, Vispak Company marketing and development director.
Over the next three months, with every purchase of Tajna blend for preparing Bosnian dishes at Bingo retail chains, Vispak Company will allocate 0.10 BAM for the establishment of the Bosnian Cuisine Institute.
“Over the past four years, we have done a number of projects with Vispak related to traditional Bosnian and Herzegovinian cuisine. The fifth year is different in that it will result in the establishment of the Institute. We have also included the education system, so that projects have a strong foothold and provide added value to the youngest. However, our customers have been our focus the whole time. They are the bearers of every previous project, including this one, and are the most important link in the BiH economy. Therefore, I urge them to opt for local products and support the campaign this time as well. Bingo has always supported and will continue to support, in the future, campaigns that improve domestic production and companies that nurture our tradition” – Tatjana Paunovski said, Bingo’s marketing director.
This activity also includes chefs from the Chefs Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who, through their contribution to the promotion and preparation of Bosnian dishes, give importance to achieving a common goal. The President of the Chefs Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Nermin Hodžić, emphasized the importance of working together to promote this activity:
“We all need to step up in order to protect the tradition of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Bosnian cuisine is the cuisine of Bosnians and Herzegovinians which has its long tradition and a truly rich offer. We should not forget the essential things that make our country different and interesting for tourists. This project is a great story that in a creative way presents to all of us the importance of preserving the tradition of BiH, in this case Bosnian cuisine. ”
The secret is in tradition, everything else is spices.
